Founded in 1952 in Evanston, IL, Allfresh Food Products was established with a clear goal: to create the best soybean shortenings for puff pastry, roll-in products, and more.

We use a proprietary Chill-Roll process to produce crystallized FlakeMor flakes, which are made from the finest domestic soybean oils. Our products are carefully tempered for days before packaging to ensure superior workability, which makes them the preferred choice for professional and home bakers alike.
