Heart Healthy:

The U.S. Drug and Administration (FDA) has approved soybean oil as heart healthy.  Soybean oil may reduce heart disease risk and lower LDL cholesterol when replacing saturated fat.

Allfresh Food Products, Inc. exclusively uses only soybean oils for all products.

GMO Statement: GMO-Free

This term shall be used to describe products that contain ingredients, additives or processing aides derived from commodities that have commercially grown GMO varieties in the supply chain, BUT residual DNA/protein is likely NOT detectable in the final product.

Zero Trans Soy AP Shortening, CFC 768 is refined, bleached and deodorized (RBD) and does not contain any proteinaceous material.  During the RBD process, oil is exposed to high temperatures, vacuum stripping and is filtered through diatomaceous earth; effectively removing all extraneous material that might harbor genetically modified organisms (GMO’s) or substances (protein, DNA) derived thereof.   

Allergen Free:

Allfresh Food Products, Inc. is a user of soybean oils. Based on the information we have obtained from all of our ingredient suppliers, we do not use ingredients that are likely to contain allergenic material. In addition, we do not add any possible allergens to our processes.
Allfresh Food Products, Inc. contain no allergens.

Gluten Free:

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration permits the term “gluten-free” to be claimed for a food under certain conditions. One condition is that the food is “inherently gluten-free.” Allfresh Food Products, Inc, soybean oils are considered to be “inherently gluten-free.” A second condition is any unavoidable presence of gluten in the food is below 20 ppm gluten. Highly refined oils from the United States have been described to contain 1 ppm or less protein.
As a result of and the best of our knowledge, our soybean oils are considered as “gluten-free”.

Kosher Certification:

Allfresh Food Products, Inc., purchases high-quality kosher ingredients from different suppliers. All of our products are manufactured under the supervision of the Orthodox Jewish Congregations of America since 1952. We are visited frequently by a designated Rabbi. He checks receiving tickets to ensure that ingredients purchased are kosher. We consult with the Rabbi before placing an order with a new supplier and get his approval.

Certificate of Analysis:

Allfresh purchases oils and other ingredients according to our specifications, which are shipped to us with a Certificate of Analysis and Material Safety Data Sheet. These certificates and analysis sheets are normally kept by our plant manager if needed.

Shelf Life:

All products manufactured by Allfresh Food Products, Inc. are guaranteed 12 months from the date of manufacture when stored as per specification requirements. The manufacture date can be found stamped on our boxes.

We have never had a recall since our inception in 1952, based on the stamped lot numbers on each box.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
